I am very pleased with visiting this clinic, BUT special THANKS I want to say to the nurse Adrian, he is very attentive and responsible, and most importantly he is the only one who speaks English! He helped me a lot to organize all the processes, appointments to doctors snd make all tests. Thank him very much!!!

The times I have gone they have always treated me wonderfully, both at the counter and in consultation. For those of us who have always been in social security, I have to say that it is an abysmal difference in terms of time. The phone takes the same time to answer you as if you call any health center, no more, no less, and without no, you have the website. I personally am very happy

After 20 years of paying my policy religiously every month I don't think I deserve the treatment I received today during a telephone consultation. I understand that customer service is often tough but you should filter out the bad mood, boredom and lack of interest in the work. I don't need to be educated or talked down to. Really very unpleasant. I am seriously considering canceling the policies with this company.

Despite having an appointment, taking a number, waiting for the corresponding thing in the room, we see an 'alleged' medical visitor who has left from consultation to consultation, delaying the time for people to enter. It is a lack of respect, also with all his shamelessness, sticking his head into the consultation once a patient came out, sneaking in and waiting for him to finish. They should have (as was done in the public system) their schedules agreed without affecting the care of patients, who now see that things are still the same but paying in two places (because what is public, we also pay for it) The attention received has been very standard, without too many options, five minutes of clock and fee covered. The 'alleged' visitor has tripled that same visit time in each consultation he made... Big difference, bad luck, it was our turn.

In general good, I have been there for many years and I am practically very satisfied... just note that it seems that the appointments are given later and later and it is starting to look like social security... one more year and then we will see.
